Thushara Manoj is a Chartered Engineer, Senior Manager, and Solution Architect with over 19 years of industry experience in network, security, infrastructure, and operations. He has held key leadership roles across Sri Lanka’s technology landscape, including:

• data center at Sri Lanka Telecom PLC,
  
  

• ISP operations division at Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, and
  
  

• IT Intrastructure and Opertions at LB Finance PLC.
  
  

Thushara specializes in strategic planning, implementation, and management of robust IT infrastructures and disaster recovery sites, ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and the highest cybersecurity standards.

Driven by a passion for continual learning and a self-motivated attitude, he thrives in dynamic environments requiring rapid adaptation and problem-solving. His expertise spans cybersecurity, managed security services, disaster recovery, IT backup and recovery protocols, and comprehensive data center management.

He possesses hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, including Fortinet Products, Palo Alto Firewalls, Imperva WAF, VMware, and enterprise storage solutions, enabling him to architect and implement secure, scalable, and resilient IT infrastructures tailored to diverse client needs.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Thushara has over 8 years of training experience, delivering sessions on Fortinet firewalls for SLT MSSP customers, CompTIA Security+, Network+, Linux+, and HNDE Security modules at Nebula Campus. Through Lankasiriya Academy, he is now dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise, helping IT professionals in Sri Lanka advance their skills and careers in cybersecurity, networking, and IT operations.
